Auntie Penny launched on May 31, 2026, specializing in oversized New York-style stuffed cookies. We create rich, indulgent cookies with unique flavors and generous fillings, designed to stand out from traditional bakery cookies.
Since launching, we’ve been introducing Auntie Penny at local markets, festivals, and community events throughout New York City while continuing to grow the brand and refine our menu. Our current focus is primarily on our signature stuffed cookies and building Auntie Penny into a recognizable NYC cookie brand.
