​We specialize in craft smash burgers and traditional tallow fries engineered from scratch. Our signature patties are ground fresh in-house from a custom blend of brisket and chuck, hard-smashed on a searing flat-top for deep crust and ultra-crisp edges. We top them with our proprietary burger sauce, emulsified in-house using 100% pure avocado oil to eliminate industrial seed oils. Every order is paired with crispy, golden fries double-fried in pure beef tallow for a clean, savory crunch that traditional vegetable oils can’t match.
