Our story
S|W by Simone Williams is a handmade consumables brand rooted in the sensory and cultural landscape of New York City, where I've lived for 26 years. My candles, incense, perfume oils, and body butters are named after neighborhoods, artists, and everyday cultural touchstones drawn from the Black, Caribbean, and diasporic communities that shaped how I understand inclusion and ritual. A candle called Bodega Cat, body butter called Lilakoi, a perfume oil that smells like a specific community in any of the boroughs — these are small acts of recognition: this place, this culture, this corner of the world deserves to be held in something beautiful.
