Our story
I smoke meats: baby back ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken. I also can soups, and make a variety of side dishes for catered events.

Broccoli & Cheese Soup
As winter approaches my signature soups made from scratch are great comfort foods. The broccoli and cheese, potato soup, and chili are fan favorites. They are sold $5 a pint and $10 a quart.
