About Our Work Cuzco’s Cafe is a boutique mobile food & beverage experience based in the Chicago area. For the past year, we’ve been bringing handcrafted drinks, elevated treats, and memorable experiences to festivals, private events, community gatherings, and celebrations. What makes us different is that we’re more than a pop-up food vendor. We create an immersive, visually beautiful experience** designed to give guests something they’ll remember. Our menu features fresh-squeezed lemonades, specialty coffee drinks, unique signature beverages, freshly toasted treats, and customizable small bites. And yes—we can actually bring Cuzco. 🦜 Our beloved Eclectus parrot, Cuzco, is the inspiration behind our brand and can make special appearances at select events, creating an unforgettable photo opportunity and an experience guests won’t find with an ordinary food vendor.
