Remedy & Rise makes hand assembled herbal tea blending kits: eight organic herbs, twenty recip cards, and everything needed to mix twelve calming blends at home. Unlike most tea at a market, mine teaches a method rather than selling a health claim, so the people who stop are usually curious about herbs but unsure where to begin, plus gift shoppers looking for something handmade. Kits are $58, and single herb pouches run $8 to $10, so there is a way at boug price points. My booth is cream linen and kraft with the herbs out in open jars to small and minimal signage.
