We are two best friends making and selling authentic Haitian dishes in pop-up-tent style to bring a taste of the culture to our friends and neighbors in Utah. The name "Sak Pase" is a fun Haitian greeting meaning "What's happening?" It represents connection, community, and the welcoming spirit of the Haitian culture. We create specific menu items and decor to fit the vibe of any local festival from market places to charity events, to Renaissance Fairs, etc! We bring bold, diverse flavors and rich traditions to add value to any event.
