Our story
I make macrame. Beginning with learning the square knot in Grade 2 in a private school in North Battleford, SK, I completed my first macrame purse in Trail, BC with the help of Patricia at the Riverfront Center, Trail, BC in 2020. Using pieces of cloth, I hand-sew liners for my purses. They are my favorite project, and I try my hand at various other projects in macrame as well, using a variety of types of cord, beads, rings, clasps, and buttons that I have found, both new and used, from my travels or online. I have a trusty friend who likes to help me out when I need an extra hand with projects or at market.
