Our story
Southwest Sabor™ makes New Mexico comfort food, including red and green chile enchiladas, tacos, loaded sopapillas, burgers, and breakfast burritos. We’ve been serving since 2020, bringing the 505 flavors to the 702.
What makes us special is our Albuquerque roots, bold New Mexico chile flavors, and the personal care we bring as owners and operators. We share a taste of home with New Mexico transplants and introduce Las Vegas and Henderson to the food we grew up loving.
