Our story
We manufacture and sell high-protein, low-calorie, sugar-free, fat-free frozen desserts (think ice cream) in pints, each containing 140 calories, 21 grams of protein, 0 grams of sugar, 0 grams of fat, and NO erythritol, maltitol, or sucralose. Our frozen dessert is made from oat milk, allulose, and whey protein, natural and artificial flavorings, and natural, plant-based food colorants. We operate out of a commercial kitchen (Cooking Block) in Redlands, and we have a Frozen Milk Products Plant / PRMP License under the CDFA Milk and Dairy Food Safety Branch to produce, distribute, and sell our products (as well as a San Bernardino Department of Health Permit). All our pints are labeled with CDFA MDFS-approved Nutrition Facts Panels and Ingredients Statements, and we have over 31 flavor SKUs (though we would likely only bring 3 to 8 to the market initially).
