Hot Dawgin

Hot Dawgin is a fresh, inviting food trailer that brings quality ingredients, bold flavors, and a little creativity to every event. From our eye-catching exterior to the food we prepare inside, we take pride in doing things right. As our name suggests, we serve high-quality, all-beef Vienna hot dogs and Polish sausages, with veggie dogs available upon request. As a Chicago-inspired food truck, we also specialize in homemade Italian beef sandwiches, prepared from scratch. To celebrate New Mexico’s local flavors, our menu features Frito pies, quesadillas, bean burritos, and more, served with our house-made red and green chile sauces. We believe great food starts with great ingredients. We also believe everyone should be able to enjoy a great meal together. That’s why we offer a variety of vegetarian options, select vegan options, gluten-free buns, and dairy-free choices. Our goal is to make Hot Dawgin a one-stop destination for the whole family, with something for everyone to enjoy. We’re not your average hot dog food truck. We take classic favorites and give them our own creative twist, building a menu that’s both familiar and exciting. If the past two summers have taught us anything, it’s that people of all ages love a good hot dog under the sun!
