Our story
Charby's Craft Sauces is a small-batch hot sauce company making hot sauces and pepper jelly in East York since 2018.
I make six sauces that cover the full heat spectrum, from mild and approachable to seriously bold, with a range of flavour profiles to match. Everything is made in small batches with fresh, locally grown Ontario peppers.
