MAD macarons

We are a Veteran Owned Home Based bakery that specializes in French macarons and other gluten free friendly treats, like Candied Pecans, chewy caramels and other candies. We raise the chickens for the eggs and source from New Mexico farmers and small businesses whenever possible. We are licensed, insured and a member to New Mexico’s Taste the Tradition program.
