Pango Mini Pancakes

PANGO Mini Pancakes is a mobile cart serving fresh mini pancakes cooked live on-site, served in a box of 8 with a choice of sauce (including Belgian Callebaut chocolate) and two toppings. We've been catering private events since 2018 and now vend at markets, festivals and pop-ups across Orange County and LA. Our bright teal cart and made-to-order cooking are a natural fit for family-friendly events. Licensed and insured; health permits obtained for each event.
