Our story
I make 100% celiac safe gluten free baked goods. From sourdough bread to doughnuts t cinnamon rolls. And I’m continuing to improve with more baked goods as in bagels and (fingers crossed) croissants. The point of me doing what I’ve been doing is for the gluten free community to find a safe place they can rely on.
