Our story
I’m the owner and operator of Nemo’s Cravings, a specialty dessert food truck based in Central Florida. We specialize in Turkish waffles, mini pancakes, Dubai chocolate desserts, smoothies, and milkshakes. I manage everything from food preparation and customer service to marketing, event planning, and daily business operations. My goal is to grow my brand, connect with the community, and provide customers with delicious, high-quality desserts and a memorable experience.
