Viet Lab is a locally owned Vietnamese sandwich and beverage shop based in Katy, Texas. We specialize in freshly made bánh mì sandwiches, Vietnamese coffee, refreshing fruit teas, and creamy milk teas. Our mission is to bring authentic Vietnamese flavors with a modern twist to our local community. We also offer freshly baked sweet treats, including cookies and brownies.
