AiMA Coffee is a New Jersey-based mobile pop-up coffee bar established in 2026. We specialize in handcrafted espresso drinks, hot and iced lattes, specialty matcha beverages, rich and creamy hot chocolate, seasonal drinks, and refreshing specialty beverages. We are also introducing our own AiMA Coffee-branded whole bean coffee bags. Our elegant 10x10 coffee setup is designed to bring a welcoming café experience to farmers markets, holiday markets, community festivals, and private events. We bring our own coffee equipment and generator and are passionate about serving quality beverages with beautiful presentation and friendly service.
