Our story
I produce a plant-based, nutrient-dense breakfast sausage. It is a dry mix that when mixed with hot water and then chilled, produces about one pound of sausage making 8 to 10 patties. It has great taste and texture and was well received at the West Central Park Saturday Market. It is now on the shelves of the Olympia Food Co-op.
