I’m the guy behind Be Nice Jerky — a small-batch jerky business built from family recipes, farmers markets, and a slightly unhealthy obsession with making really good jerky. What started with learning to smoke jerky from my dad turned into a passion for creating bold flavors, meeting people face-to-face, and building something of my own. I like keeping things simple: make great jerky, have fun doing it, treat people right, and always leave them wanting one more piece.
