Del Prete’s Pizzeria is a unique mobile wood-fired pizza company that brings innovative pizza recipes on location. Our pizzas are crafted using a custom-built Forno Piombo Palazzo 120 brick wood-fired oven. Capable of cooking up to 60-70 pizzas an hour. The curated menu features Neapolitan-style pizzas topped with homemade sauces, traditional and creative topping combinations, seasonal specialties, and house-smoked meats as toppings. In addition to our freshly hand stretched 72hr fermented sourdough, we offer our signature handmade cannolis, based on a cherished Del Prete’s family recipe from 1917 from the Del Prete’s Italian Bakery.
