Our story
I handcraft small-batch, artisanal BBQ sauces and custom spice blends designed to elevate home cooking. In addition to my culinary line, I am a published children's author. I create and sell my original children's book, Bernard The Blue Lobster, along with its companion colouring book, Colour the Ocean With Bernard and Friends. The spice blends are my original selling feature for the past 6 years. The sauces are new this year with great success and the children's book has been at Coles and Chapters for 4 years now.
