Our story
’m the creator of Why the Shell Not?!, a collection of handmade coastal art, ornaments, and home decor made using real seashells I personally collect along Florida’s beaches. I started creating shell art earlier this year as a fun creative outlet, and it quickly turned into something more! Each piece is one of a kind, combining natural shells with paint, wood, and other materials to create everything from whimsical sea creatures to unique coastal designs. What makes my work special is that every shell is handpicked, every piece is made by me, and no two creations are exactly alike. A little nature, a little creativity, and a whole lot of shell puns!
