Night Be Light

I’ve been baking since I was 7 years old. Around 2022 I set out to up my game by making a chocolate chip cookie that no one could resist—thick and gooey, that warm caramelized flavor and the perfect golden edges. Through experimentation and feedback from friends and family, the cookie adventure quickly spiraled out of control. So many fun ideas and flavors to create! And as faces lit up after trying my cookies I knew I wanted to take my adventure to the next step. Night Be Light was born to bring joy and smiles to my community and beyond. It gives me an opportunity to not only share my gourmet cookies but also sewn creations and handmade gifts. It only takes a little light to see in the dark—we can be that light for others.
