I own Marilyn’s Kitchen Soul Food & Seafood Truck, where I specialize in authentic Southern soul food and fresh, flavorful seafood. Our menu includes fried chicken, pork chops, fish, shrimp, oysters, scallops, seafood combos, homemade sides, and our customer-favorite seafood eggrolls. We also offer our signature homemade lemonades in a variety of flavors. I have been building and growing Marilyn’s Kitchen by serving the Charleston, Summerville, North Charleston, and surrounding communities. Through hard work, dedication, community events, and word-of-mouth, I have continued to grow my customer base and establish my business as a local favorite. What makes Marilyn’s Kitchen special is that we serve more than just food — we serve love, passion, and a taste of home. Every meal is prepared with care, seasoned with love, and inspired by authentic Southern cooking. My business is named after my mother, Marilyn, which makes this journey deeply personal to me. As a woman-owned business, I have overcome personal and health challenges while continuing to pursue my dreams.
