Oh sweet patriot

At Oh Sweet Patriot, we specialize in thick, heavy-hitting comfort food built strictly for maximum flavor. Our signature lineup features premium, outdoor-smoked cheesecakes baked directly in 4-inch mini clamshells and tall 10-inch pans. We also offer a handcrafted selection of rustic 9x9 square two-layer cakes, thick 3.5 oz savory scones, jumbo muffins, artisan cookie bags, and tall sandwich bread loaves. Bypassing cheap vegetable oils, we use real butter, tallow, and lard to deliver dense, flavor-first baked goods that hold up beautifully at outdoor markets. For families on the go, we also supply convenient, premium dry pancake mixes, handcrafted biscuit mixes, and frozen take-and-bake doughs.
