Chef matty boy

I make home made fresh food Mexican loaded dogs, smoked pulled pork sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes, burger dogs, crispy fried chicken sandwiches, chicken wings, fresh lemonades, elite cups etc. I grew up in a small mountain town in Bridgeport ca where I learned to work in a kitchen as a busser and a dishwasher and slowly moved my way up into a Mexican food / American food and than into pizza making. I went to culinary school in Sonora California for 2 years and than moved down to Santa Cruz ca where I have worked in retirement homes fine dining and currently working at a club house at the Pasatiempo golf course. I have done big bulk, catering and fine dining but would love to move into a more independent chef and running my own business. If you like to know more feel free to ask or stop by my food booth
