I specialize in tangzhong swirled breads, cinnamon rolls and muffins. Tangzhong baking is a japanese style which naturally enhances texture and freshness longevity. I took it a step further by incorporating cheese and flavor powders and laminating them and cutting and twirling the dough prior to baking resulting in unique flavors as well as beautiful bread. I also make scones, blondies and brownies, bar cookies, chewy cookies, brittles, fudges, caramels, pound cakes ,cake rolls,personal cakes, scratch marshmallow rice krispie treats
