Our story
Maruhachi Beef Roll is a San Diego-based Japanese street food vendor specializing in our signature Wagyu Beef Roll, made with premium beef wrapped around seasoned rice. We also serve Japanese comfort foods such as Wagyu bowls and udon, along with our popular Cream Mochi for dessert. Our clean, professional 10' x 10' booth is designed for farmers markets, community events, and festivals.
