Healing in Every Detail For years, my life was defined by the high-stakes, fast-paced world of serving as a Canadian Veteran and First Responder in Law Enforcement. While that chapter came to a close, the unseen wounds of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) remained. In the quiet aftermath, I found my sanctuary in the art of metalsmithing, Lapidary and wire wrapping. Creating one-of-a-kind, handmade gemstone jewelry became my therapy. The intense focus required to create these elegant and beautiful masterpieces silences the noise of trauma. It forces me to be entirely present in the moment. Every piece I create in my Paris, ON studio is completely unique, no two stones are identical, and no two designs are ever repeated exactly. Just like the people who wear them, these pieces carry their own scars, inclusions, and distinct beauty. When you wear this jewelry, you are not just wearing a statement piece. As well we harvest, dry, process and sell pesticide free herbs for spells and incantations.
