Hi. I make Quarter-Pound Heritage Signature ‘Pan’ Cookies. Yes, they are weighed, rolled, and then baked in their own container. The secret started when Grandma Zella reached for the wrong ingredient when mixing her surgar cookies. That ‘Oopsie’ remained in our family, and is the secret ingredient. I launched Baked by Malu on May 6, 2026 at the Charles City, IA Farmers Market. I use locally sourced farm eggs, farm butter, Madagascar Bourbon infused Vanilla Bean Seeds, premium chocolate, and cane sugars. One bite & you’ll understand
