Lela’s House

Lela’s House is a small, family-inspired cottage food bakery established in 2026 in Plantation, Florida. Named in honor of my grandmother, lovingly known as “Lela,” our bakery brings together childhood memories, Colombian heritage, European baking influences, and traditional homemade desserts with a modern twist. We specialize in handcrafted miniature Bundt cakes, affectionately called “Bundt Muffs,” homemade banana bread, honey cornbread, traditional alfajores, and seasonal baked goods. What makes Lela’s House special is our commitment to small-batch baking, thoughtfully selected ingredients, and homemade touches, including butter made from scratch. Every recipe is inspired by the warmth of family gatherings and the traditions passed down through generations. As a newly established small business, we’re excited to grow within our local community, participate in farmers markets, and share a little piece of home through every dessert.
