Our story
Properly Chaotic is a home-based sourdough bakery specializing in fun, protein-packed baked goods. I make sourdough protein bagels, oversized muffins, cookies, soft sandwich bread, and other rotating treats. I’m a new Texas cottage-food baker turning my love of baking (and a little everyday chaos!) into fresh, small-batch goodies made for local families.
