Gosia Bakery is a Polish-owned food business based in Snoqualmie, Washington, specializing in authentic homemade Polish food and traditional baked goods. Our specialties include handmade pierogi with a variety of fillings, traditional stuffed cabbage rolls (gołąbki), and Polish-style hot dogs featuring our own smoked Polish sausage. We also offer freshly baked Polish pastries and desserts. We take pride in bringing authentic Polish flavors, traditional recipes, and high-quality ingredients to local markets, festivals, and community events.
