Sip Crush is a St. Louis–based mobile beverage pop-up founded by Louisa and Scott, bringing a fresh, elevated approach to handcrafted drinks. We specialize in premium matcha, specialty coffee, milk tea, and creative seasonal beverages, thoughtfully crafted to deliver exceptional flavor, beautiful presentation, and a memorable drinking experience. Our menu features signature favorites such as Strawberry Cloudy Matcha, Vietnamese Salted Caramel Coffee, Thai Milk Tea, and seasonal creations inspired by fresh ingredients and unique flavor combinations. We prioritize quality ingredients, choosing organic options whenever possible, and focus on balanced sweetness using natural ingredients such as pure maple syrup and honey. We strive to create delicious, indulgent drinks without relying on artificial ingredients. What makes Sip Crush special is our attention to detail and passion for quality. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industry, our founder brings a strong appreciation for flavor, presentation, and customer experience. Our drinks are carefully developed to offer something distinctive, combining familiar favorites with creative twists, premium ingredients, and our signature cloud cream toppings. Since launching our public pop-up operations in August 2026, Sip Crush has participated in community festivals, private events, brand collaborations, and special gatherings throughout the St. Louis area. We are proud to have connected with our local community through our drinks, and we were honored to receive the Best Beverage Award at Food Outreach’s A Tasteful Affair 38: Saddle Up for Nutrition in October 2026.
