Howdy Wowie Cookies & Treats is a Filipina-owned, small-batch bakery based in Kent, Washington, specializing in oversized, handcrafted cookies with bold Filipino-inspired flavors and creative twists on American classics.
Established in 2026, we bring unique flavors like Ube Macadamia, Pandan Coconut, Oatmeal Palitaw, and Puto Bembang to local markets, festivals, and pop-up events throughout the Pacific Northwest.
