Lorelei’s Gluten Free Goods

My name is Lorelei. I Make 100% gluten free backed goods. Things like cakes, cookies, muffins, and more! I’ve been baking my whole life, learning everything I knew from Nana. This was until I found out I had Celiac’s disease at 13. I had always known baking was a passion of mine but around the start of high school I decided it would be my career. That made the diagnosis all the more devastating. After months of baking treats I couldn’t taste, having no idea how to improve my recipes, I stopped. I realized, not having celiac doesn’t require people to eat gluten. So I continued my work with all gluten free ingredients improving my recipes and practicing my confectionery decorating in the process. I have now spent the last 5 years creating pastries that are unrecognizably gluten free. With all the moisture and fluffiness we celiacs have been missing. Can’t wait to share it with you!
