I choose natural gemstones, both cut and uncut, and create settings for them using sterling silver, 14K gold-filled, and brass. I solder the settings into one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. I started in 2017 by going out into the Western US deserts digging up crystals and minerals that I learned to cut and polish. I then learned to silversmith to create ring settings to wear the gemstones rather than carry them in my pockets.
