Our story
The Kneady Therapist is a licensed cottage bakery in Joliet, IL, baking small-batch, bakery-style cookies since 2026. Our brown butter chocolate chip is the fan favorite that started it all, and we rotate seasonal flavors like Apple Fritter, S'mores, and Blueberry Cheesecake. Everything is made from scratch with real butter and good ingredients, and we offer gluten-friendly and no-sugar-added options too. Big, thick, gooey cookies, because sometimes therapy comes in dough form. 🍪💛
