I make Hawaiian beachy jewelry with some pieces that include Hawaiian shells found on the shores of hawaii by myself or daughter. I use gemstones , coral carved flowers, glass beads, wood beads , gold and sliver metals and pearls. I hand knot between beads using cotton waxed thread. Some of my pieces are rustic and natural and others are sparkly with bright colors. I have been making jewelry for years but only since my sweet dog from hawaii passed recently from cancer did I start selling my jewelry. It was so therapeutic to create as she was getting sicker and after she passed. I love animals and so I decided to donate a portion of my sales to animal rescues in honor of my loved dog Luna Meilani.
