Our story
I specialize in authentic Soul and Cajun dishes straight from the bayou of Louisiana. I am a native of New Orleans. I have been cooking since I was 12 years old and I started my business after retirement in 2025. I cook from my soul with lots of love and treat my customers as if they were at my dinner table.
