Maritime Simmer Co. creates hand-assembled simmer pot blends in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, using dried fruits, herbs and whole spices. Simply add water and simmer to fill your home with a warm, inviting scent. Launched in October 2026, my collection features six fall and holiday blends, thoughtfully packaged for easy gifting—perfect for teachers, hosts or a cozy night at home.
