Mild and Spicy BBQ sauce. Through the years, the Mills family has been on a mission to maintain the family legacy of great tasting barbeque. It was in the 1950s when Ellis and Gladys Mills, who had a passion for cooking and eating good food, established a spot known throughout the Midwest as Big Shoe's Barbeque restaurant. Ellis, aka "Big Shoe" wore a size 15 triple E! He cooked real barbeque over a pit and served it with real barbeque sauce from a family recipe. After nearly fifty years of good eatin', the restaurant served its last customers and closed. However, the Mills family has preserved the rich history and the family legacy with Big Shoe Barbeque Sauce.
