Always Caking

Always Caking is a St. Louis-area bakery specializing in mini bento cakes, gooey butter cake, cake pucks, and other handcrafted sweet treats. Founded by pastry chef Kaylin Oshin, Always Caking brings bakery-quality desserts to local farmers markets, craft fairs, weddings, and community events. Our colorful, individually packaged treats are designed to be fun, giftable, and easy to enjoy on the go. We’re also expanding into a mobile bakery and café, pairing our signature sweets with specialty coffee for markets, parties, and events.
