Goldie’s Bananas

Aloha, my name is Katie Dobkin, I am a professional chef based out of Waimanalo, together with my business partner Kara Klovas, we have founded Goldie's Bananas. We make delicious and beautiful, frozen chocolate-dipped apple bananas. We source our locally grown bananas from all over the island, primarily from farmer friends in Mokuleia. We utilize the highest quality ingredients, giving precedence to locally sourced items whenever possible, such as the honey and macadamia nuts we use as our toppings. Our chocolate is fair trade and dairy free and our rainbow sprinkles are dye free, because we believe that delicious treats should be good for our bodies, our hearts, and our planet. We would love the opportunity to share our bananas with our community through your fantastic markets. We would dip the bananas on site, made to order and also offer pre-packaged as a grab and go option. We are currently working on sourcing biodegradable cellophane bags to package our premade bananas in, making all of our packaging sustainable.
