Lemon and Brioche Bakery

Lemon & Brioche is a family-owned microbakery based in Lodi, California. We began baking and selling our homemade treats in early 2026 under the name Baked by Olivia and have since grown into Lemon & Brioche Bakery! We specialize in freshly baked, made-from-scratch goods, including gourmet cookies, cinnamon rolls, buttery croissants, artisan sourdough, brioche breads, focaccia, bagels, hand pies, brownies, and seasonal specialties. We also create homemade jams, jellies, granola, and other pantry favorites. What makes our bakery special is our commitment to traditional, homemade baking with creative flavors and quality ingredients. We want our customers to experience the warmth and nostalgia of walking into Mom's or Grandma's kitchen, where everything is made with love. We enjoy connecting with our community through local markets, festivals, and events, bringing fresh baked goods and a little homemade goodness wherever we go!
