Our story
Lupine Books is an independent children's bookstore in Providence, Rhode Island, currently operating as a pop-up shop and online storefront while searching for a permanent home. Our expertly curated selection spans ages 0-18 with an emphasis on amplifying marginalized voices and underrepresented titles. We believe that books can cultivate empathy, creativity, curiosity, and engagement and that those are the tools that we need to make the world more beautiful. We strive to foster a joyful culture of reading where every child feels safe, nurtured, empowered, and seen.
