Ive been in the food industry for over 30 years with a specialty in catering, I'm now ventured on my own offering Philly Cheese Steaks, pastrami melts, chili cheese fries, pastrami fries, chili dogs, pastrami dogs and depending on the event, I can do breakfast, burgers, asada fries, tortas, etc .
