MEET THE MAKER: I'm Joe Lillo — a Georgia native, a maker by passion, and the sole hand behind every piece that leaves JL Woodworks of GA. My journey with laser cutting and woodworking began as a creative outlet. What I didn't expect was how deeply my pieces would resonate with others. A custom family name sign. A memorial keepsake. A laugh-out-loud novelty sign. I quickly realized that what I was making wasn't just wood and lines — it was connection. JL Woodworks of GA was born from two things: precision craftsmanship and the genuine joy of making people smile. This business is rooted in the community it serves, made for the people who live, gather, and celebrate here. I use a professional-grade laser engraver and cutter to produce intricate, high-quality pieces from premium woods with a level of detail that simply cannot be achieved by hand alone. But the machine is only the beginning, every item is designed, cut, sanded, and finished entirely in-house by me. The product line is intentionally broad, because the people who shop at artisan markets are beautifully diverse. JL Woodworks of GA serves all of them, with equal craftsmanship and equal joy.
