**Buddha’s Big Island Bread Co. is an Austin-based, small-batch bakery bringing a little taste of aloha to Texas. Our banana bread began with a beloved recipe shared years ago by a woman in Hawaii who sold her loaves at a local farmers market, where they would regularly sell out within minutes. After years of baking it for friends and family, founders Matt and Joni Krebs brought the recipe to Austin and created Buddha’s Bread to share something that had always brought people together. Every loaf is baked fresh in small batches with quality ingredients and a whole lot of love. Choose from our signature Original, Chocolate chip (Midnight Aloha), and Macadamia nut (MacDaddy).
